Staying in the beautiful 17th century Nab Cottage looking out across Rydal Water in South Lakes. The yoga is run in a beautifully converted barn.
Cosy and comfortable twin or double rooms are all individually furnished. Delicious vegetarian food is prepared on-site using all fresh and, if possible, local ingredients. To relax, there is a hot tub overlooking Rydal Water and a sauna; treatments are also available.
Start each day with a choice of Mysore style self-practice then spend the days out exploring the hills. Mountain leader, Rob, will take you on an adventure to discover the places that the tourist guides don't take you to. Mike, rock climbing instructor, will take you to local crags to try out climbing for the first time or improve your skills if you are already a climber. And if it's raining you get to try out ghyll scrambling. There will definitley be opportunity to try out wild swimming either in Rydal water just across the road from the cottage or in one of the many local tarns.
If you prefer to take it easy you can gaze out at the lake have a wander around Grasmere and try out the famous gingerbread or have a short wander - there is so much to explore from the front door.
We end the day with techniques session and restorative yoga before chilling in the hot tub or snug cosy lounges in the cottage.
