The morning will start with some breath work and move on to a full ashtanga primary series to start to re-awaken your body after the 2 months of deep winter. For those of you who are newer to the practice this will be a great opportunity to see what you are aiming towards, for those with more experience this is your chance to start gttting properly back into your practice.
We will have brunch in one of the Hebden Bridge cafes before going for a short woodland walk.
In the afternoon there will be a combination of creativity, setting intention, techniques to give you something to work on, chanting, tea and cake, ending with restorative yoga.
