My weekends in the UK and week long holidays abroad are about deepening your practice, meeting others from all over the world, adventure and exploration.
Yoga Weekends
Held in the most beautiful areas of the UK. Retreats are all about connections – connecting to yourself on the yoga mat, connecting to others through conversation, trust, support and encouragement and connecting to the world around you through getting outdoors, being exposed to the elements and exploring – feeling the earth beneath your feet whilst hiking in the mountains, feeling the rock under your hands and feet as you trust your instincts and face your fears when rock climbing, braving the waters on streams and tarns whilst wild swimming or really testing your courage with ghyll scrambling.
The days start with a choice of a Mysore style self-practice class or a led class for those with less experience. The afternoons are spent out in the mountains returning to totally let go with restorative yoga and beautiful home-cooked vegan food.
Yoga Holidays
A whole week to totally immerse yourself in yoga without outside distractions, allowing you to discover the benefits of a regular daily practice without having to rush. The classes are taught in a traditional Mysore style with beginners and those unfamiliar with the sequence given extra guidance and support so that they can develop their own practice and fully understand the benefits of this method of learning.
Afternoons are for exploring the local area, relaxing by the pool, reading, chatting, journaling and enjoying the sunshine. Evening workshops are where we can break down the practice and look at different aspects in more detail. There is time to talk about the more philosophical aspects of yoga and for questions and answers. We will always end the day with some form of restorative yoga.
Come away from a week of yoga feeling rested, refreshed and re-inspired – and maybe a little bit achy too!!

As we go through menopause/perimenopause alongside other transitions through the many seasons of our lives, what served us in the first half of our life might be less useful as we ask ourselves who we want to be and how we want to live in the second half of our life?
This weekend will give you time and space to explore the rite of passage and the power that is menopause. Through yoga practice, guided journaling, wild swimming, connecting with others and time outdoors in nature we can support each other as we navigate our feelings, emotions and experiences.
