Saturday morning Ashtanga yoga primary series - an opportunity to come together after the holidays. Whether you need to take it slowly and gently - remembering that we are still in mid winter - or whether you really feel ready to get yourself moving and challenge yourself this class is for you.
Within the framework of Ashtanga yoga I encourage you to work at your own pace, rest when necessary, push yourself a bit harder if that is what you want to do. The class will be lighthearted and fun but there is also space for quietness, for moving inwards, which is what winter is all about. And we will end with deep relaxation.
To catch up with friends we will go out for brunch afterwards - all welcome.
