Come together for my last class before I head off for a month of holiday. Short meditation before a full counted primary series - do as much or as little as you like, always work at your own pace. We'll be going off for a well deserved brunch afterwards if you can find the time. Then the hardy few can join for a wild swim up on the tops - whatever the weather.

This is the perfect opportunity to do the full practice without feeling rushed or tired. Perfect too for catching up with old friends and making new ones. Hebden bridge is a beautiful little town to come and visit so it's perfect if you want to make a day or even a weekend of it.
